지역 축제로 바라본 토지 이용 패러다임의 변화 - 경기도 지역축제를 중심으로

The Changing Paradigm of Land Use Viewed through Regional Festivals

요대 사회가 더욱 고도화･정보화됨에 따라 토지 이용의 패러다임이 단순한 물리적인 기능 중심의 이용에서 더욱 복합적이고 유연한 이용으로 전환되는 양상을 보이고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 토지 이용 패러다임의 변화에 따른 토지 이용의 사회문화적 가치에 대한 인식을 유도하고 올바른 토지 관리 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구범위는 경기도 지역의 축제 사례로 한정하여 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 조사방법은 문헌 조사 및 인터넷 조사를 통해 자료를 수집하여, 질적 접근을 통해 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 첫째, 현행 지적 제도는 지목 체계에 대한 검토를 통해 확인하고 접근 틀은 선행 연구를 통해 도출한 검토 기준을 통해 설계하게 된다. 둘째, 축제 사례를 앞서 도출한 검토 기준을 통해 토지 이용의 패러다임 변화를 확인하고 이에 따른 현행 제도의 한계를 파악하고자 한다. 셋째. 토지 관리의 방향은 현황 검토와 한계를 바탕으로 올바른 관리 방향을 인식과 제도 차원에서 검토하고자 한다.

As modern society becomes more advanced and informative, the paradigm of land use is shifting from simple physical function-oriented use to more complex and flexible use. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to induce awareness of the socio-cultural value of land use according to changes in the land-use paradigm and to suggest the correct land management direction. The scope of research for this is limited to festival cases in Gyeonggi-do. The survey method intends to collect data through literature research and Internet research and conduct research through a qualitative approach. First, the current cadastral system is confirmed through a review of the land category system, and the approach framework is designed through the review criteria derived through prior research. Second, through the previously derived review criteria for festival cases, we would like to confirm the paradigm shift of land use and identify the limitations of the current system. Third, the direction of land management is based on the current status review and limitations, and the correct management direction is reviewed at the recognition and institutional level.
