A neutralized female Russian blue cat aged about 10 years visited the hospital with a 3.5×4×2cm tumor on her right shoulder and side. In the FNA examination, highly malignant mesenchymal cells, eosinophilic substances, and mast cells were frequently observed. Surgical resection was performed in consideration of soft tissue sarcoma as a priority, and it was confirmed as STS in the pathological findings. The tissue was grade 3, CT scan was performed considering metastasis to other organs or invasion of the surgical site, and no metastasis or lymph node metastasis was found in surrounding organs. The cat gained weight after surgery, so it returned to its previous weight, and is currently doing well without any symptoms. Recently, soft tissue sarcoma has been diagnosed a lot due to various external stimuli such as vaccines, long-term antibiotics, and microchips, so we hope that this paper will be helpful for this study.
