After the Tokyo Olympics, the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) revised its competition rules in 2022, changing the competition format from the original “three set total score system” to the “three set win system”; Athletes who do not engage in offensive behavior for 5 seconds will be reminded by the referee, and those who still do not engage in offensive behavior after 5 seconds will be judged as passive; Athletes who fall to the ground after scoring using rotation techniques will not be penalized; Limit leg lift height, number of strikes, and leg control time. Intended to promote taekwondo competitions to become more exciting, intense, and dynamic, and to encourage reform and improvement in taekwondo teaching and training. Taekwondo, as one of the school sports, should have its teaching philosophy and core adjusted according to changes in rules. Therefore, this article adopts research methods such as literature review, statistical analysis, and logical analysis to study the impact of changes in taekwondo rules on teaching reform. It proposes that in taekwondo teaching in universities, students should strengthen their training in high difficulty and high score technical movements; Strengthen students' high-intensity confrontation exercises; Optimization suggestions for strengthening students' physical fitness exercises and enhancing their psychological training.
东京奥运会结束后,世界跆拳道联盟(WTF)在2022年对竞赛规则进行了新的修订,比赛赛制由原来的“三局总分制”改为“三局局胜制”;运动员5秒没有进攻行为将被主裁判提醒,5秒后仍没有进攻行为则会被判为消极;运动员在使用旋转技术得分后倒地不进行判罚;限制抬腿高度、击打次数及控腿时间。旨在推动跆拳道竞赛变得更精彩、更激烈、更有活力,促使跆拳道教学、训练进行改革与完善。跆拳道运动作为学校体育项目之一,教学理念和核心应随着规则的改变有所调整。因此,本文采用文献资料法、梳理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对跆拳道规则改变对教学改革进行研究,提出对高校跆拳道教学中应加强学生高难度、高分值技术动作训练;加强学生高强度对抗练习;加强学生体能练习以及加强学生心理训练的优化建议。
