食品科学与工程专业“导师-企业-实验室”三元融合培养方式的教学改革研究

This study addresses the problems existing in the traditional teaching of Food Science and Engineering, such as the disconnection between theory and practice and insufficient innovation ability, and proposes a ternary integration training model of “mentor - enterprise - laboratory”. By establishing a collaborative education mechanism led by a mentor team, deeply involved by enterprises, and supported by a laboratory platform, the quality of talent cultivation has been significantly improved. This study systematically expounds the theoretical framework, implementation path and practical achievements of the ternary integration model, providing new ideas for the teaching reform of the food major.
本研究针对食品科学与工程专业传统教学中存在的理论与实践脱节、创新能力不足等问题,提出了“导师-企业-实验室”三元融合的培养模式。通过构建导师团队引领、企业深度参与、实验室平台支撑的协同育人机制,实现了人才培养质量的显著提升。本研究系统阐述了三元融合模式的理论框架、实施路径及实践成效,为食品专业教学改革提供了新思路。
