Food safety in kindergartens, as an important component of public food safety, is directly related to the physical health and growth and development of children, and affects family happiness and social stability. This study systematically reviews the main problems, causes, regulatory measures and innovative management models in the current field of food safety in kindergartens, analyzes the responsibilities and roles of the government, kindergartens, parents and all sectors of society in food safety management, and looks forward to the future development direction of food safety in kindergartens. By sorting out relevant theories and practices at home and abroad, this paper aims to provide references for improving the food safety management level of kindergartens and build a solid defense line for children's dietary safety.
幼儿园食品安全作为公共食品安全的重要组成部分,直接关系到幼儿的身体健康与生长发育,影响家庭幸福与社会稳定。本研究系统综述了当前幼儿园食品安全领域的主要问题、成因、监管措施及创新管理模式,分析了政府、幼儿园、家长和社会各方在食品安全管理中的责任与作用,并展望了未来幼儿园食品安全的发展方向。通过梳理国内外相关理论与实践,旨在为幼儿园食品安全管理水平的提升提供参考,筑牢幼儿饮食安全防线。
