디지털 경제의 급속한 발전과 함께 디지털 저작권은 핵심 생산요소로서 문화콘텐츠산업의 혁신과 경제성장을 견인하는 주요 동력으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 중국 디지털 저작권 산업 활용의 핵심특징을 분석하고, 향후 한중 디지털 저작권 산업 협력 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법으로는 웹 소설, 음악, 소셜 이커머스 분야의 대표 기업인 열문그룹(閱文集團), 텐센트 뮤직 엔터테인먼트 그룹, 바이트댄스 그룹을 대상으로 콘텐츠 특성, 수익모델, 기술 지원, 산업구조의 4개 차원에서 비교분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 중국 디지털 저작권 산업의 특징을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 한중 디지털 저작권 산업 협력 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 급변하는 디지털 환경에서 한중 양국의 문화콘텐츠산업발전과 상호 협력 증진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
With the rapid development of the digital economy, the industrial utilization of digital copyrights, a core asset and production factor, has become a key driving force behind innovation and economic growth in the cultural content industry. This paper analyzes the key characteristics of the current industrial utilization of digital copyrights in China and focuses on presenting prospects for future collaboration between the Korean and Chinese digital copyright industries. This study compares and analyzes three leading companies in web novel copyright, music copyright, and social e-commerce: Yuewen Group, Tencent Music Entertainment Group, and ByteDance Group. This analysis focuses on four aspects: content, revenue model, technical support, and industry structure. Based on this analysis, the study explores the characteristics of China's digital copyright industry and proposes future collaboration strategies for the two industries.
