This study explores generative simulation of smart workstation design by leveraging AI-based parametric design and prompt development. In response to the increasing demand for ergonomic efficiency and personalized functions in the post-pandemic remote work environment, a methodology is presented that analyzes user physical conditions and product manufacturing elements, transforming them into design prompts. Specifically, a three-stage prompt design strategy was established using Midjourney simulations, performing iterative visualization and function verification. This prompt-centered generative design approach provides a structure capable of rapidly iterating the entire process from initial concept ideation to feasibility review, while also considering mass production and assembly efficiency through modular system part segmentation. The study's results not only yield designs possessing both ergonomic functionality and visual completeness but also suggest the future direction for AI-based design automation and prompt optimization research.
