As an important intangible cultural heritage of Shandong region, Yi-meng folk songs carry profound historical and cultural connotations, especially playing a unique role in the dissemination of the 'Red Sister Spirit' as a red cultural symbol. This paper uses feminist theory as an analytical framework, combining field investigation and textual analysis methods to deeply examine the lyrics content, performance forms, and dissemination paths of Yi-meng folk songs, revealing how they highlight female subjectivity, dissolve traditional gender role constraints, and construct new gender discourse systems in the dissemination of the “Red Sister Spirit”. The research focuses on uncovering the hidden narrative strategies of women in Yi-meng folk songs, analyzing how they endow the “Red Sister Spirit” with richer gender equality connotations through the reproduction of oral traditions and collective memory.
