边疆民族地区治理数字化探索：云南省绿春县创新模式分析

Exploration of Digital Governance in Frontier Ethnic Areas: Analysis of Innovation Model in Luchun County of Yunnan Province

The rapid development of information technology and the in-depth promotion of digital transformation have brought important opportunities for improving the quality and efficiency of grass-roots governance. As a frontier minority area, Luchun County of Yunnan Province actively explores the innovative path of digital governance, leads the innovation of grass-roots governance mechanism through wisdom party building, promotes the transformation of agricultural products marketing mode relying on e-commerce, promotes the modernization level of frontier governance system and governance capacity by using digital technology, and takes a series of measures to promote government affairs. Gradually form a digital model of grass-roots governance combined with local reality. This paper combs the specific practice of grass-roots governance digitalization in Luchun County, summarizes its successful experience, and hopes to provide reference for similar areas.

信息技术的快速发展和数字化转型的深入推进为基层治理提质增效带来重要的机遇。作为边疆民族地区，云南省绿春县积极探索数字化治理创新路径，通过智慧党建引领基层治理机制创新、依托电子商务推动农产品营销模式转型、运用数字技术提升边疆治理体系和治理能力现代化水平，采取一系列举措推进政务服务数字化建设，逐步形成结合地方实际的基层治理数字化模式。本文梳理了绿春县在基层治理数字化中的具体实践，总结其成功经验，希望可以为同类地区提供参考与借鉴。
