习近平文化思想指导下的文化遗产的保护与传承研究——以国家级历史文化名城会泽县为个案

Research on the Protection and Inheritance of Cultural Heritage under the Guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture: A Case Study of Huize County, a National Historical and Cultural City

Cultural heritage is a “living archive” of the evolution of human civilization, carrying the nation's historical memories, cultural genes and spiritual codes. It is also the core carrier for promoting cultural construction and strengthening cultural confidence in the new era. As the theoretical crystallization of the practical experience of the Party’s leadership in cultural construction in the new era, Xi Jinping Thought on Culture clarifies the strategic positioning, value guidance and practical path for the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage, providing a fundamental basis for solving the practical problems in the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage. This paper takes Huize County, a national historical and cultural city in Yunnan Province, as a research case. On the basis of systematically explaining the core essence of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the internal relationship with the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage, it combs the practical exploration of Huize County in the protection and inheritance of material and intangible cultural heritage, analyzes the difficulties it faces in the management of cultural relics, the cultivation of inheritors, and the promotion of dissemination. And from the three dimensions of government system guarantee, cultural and tourism economic empowerment, and innovation of the inheritance system, it puts forward optimization paths that meet the requirements of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the actual situation of Huize, providing practical references for the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage in similar historical and cultural cities.

文化遗产是人类文明演进的“活态档案”，承载着民族的历史记忆、文化基因与精神密码，更是新时代推进文化建设、坚定文化自信的核心载体。习近平文化思想作为新时代党领导文化建设实践经验的理论结晶，明确了文化遗产保护传承的战略定位、价值遵循与实践路径，为破解文化遗产保护传承中的现实难题提供了根本遵循。本文以云南省国家级历史文化名城会泽县为研究个案，在系统阐释习近平文化思想核心要义与文化遗产保护传承内在关联的基础上，梳理会泽县在物质文化遗产与非物质文化遗产保护传承中的实践探索，剖析其在文物管护、传承人培养、传播推广等方面面临的困境，并从政府制度保障、文旅经济赋能、传承体系创新三个维度，提出契合习近平文化思想要求、符合会泽实际的优化路径，为同类历史文化名城的文化遗产保护传承提供实践参考。
