多主体参与景德镇陶瓷文化遗产保护研究

Research on Multi-subject Participation in the Protection of Jingdezhen Ceramic Cultural Heritage

As an important carrier of human history and civilization, cultural heritage plays a significant role in inheriting historical culture and promoting economic development. At present, the protection of cultural heritage in China is mainly dominated by the government, which has certain limitations. The protection of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural heritage is also faced with the problem of single participation subject. Promoting multi-subject participation in the protection of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural heritage is an inevitable requirement for Jingdezhen to apply for world cultural heritage, build a national ceramic cultural inheritance and innovation experimental zone, and improve the social governance system. In this regard, a multi-subject participation mechanism should be built with legal documents, forming a multi - subject participation protection model led by the government, with judicial protection, public participation, commercial empowerment, scientific and technological support, and education and publicity working together, so as to realize the integration and symbiosis of multiple subjects and improve the effectiveness and sustainability of the protection of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural heritage.

文化遗产作为人类历史与文明的重要载体，保护好文化遗产对于传承历史文化和助力经济发展具有重要作用。当前中国文化遗产保护以政府主导模式为主，存在一定局限性，景德镇陶瓷文化遗产保护亦面临参与主体单一的问题。推动多主体参与景德镇陶瓷文化遗产保护，是景德镇申报世界文化遗产、建设国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区及完善社会治理制度的必然要求。对此，应当以法律文件搭建多主体参与机制，形成以政府为主导，司法保护、公众参与、商业赋能、科技支撑、教育宣传协同发力的多主体参与保护模式，并实现多主体的融合与共生，提升景德镇陶瓷文化遗产保护的实效与可持续性。
