The rapid development of artificial intelligence has injected new impetus into medical education and provided a breakthrough practical pathway to overcome the bottleneck in the cultivation of outstanding innovative medical talents. This paper explores the logical starting point, practical pathway, and future challenges of artificial intelligence empowering medical talent cultivation. Through dimensions such as learning portraits of intelligent diagnosis, personal dynamic growth pathways, creation of scientific research intelligent innovation engines, and establishment of a highly realistic clinical new ecosystem. A practical pathway featured “points, lines, surfaces, and bodies” for artificial intelligence to empower the cultivation of outstanding medical talents is constructed. Based on practical cases, the future challenges are proposed, including suggestions for the implementation strategies of medical education reform in artificial intelligence and suggestions for addressing ethical risks.

人工智能的迅猛发展为医学教育注入新动能,为医学拔尖创新人才培养瓶颈提供了突破性的实践新路径。本文探讨了人工智能赋能医学人才培养的逻辑起点、实践路径与未来挑战,通过智能诊断学习画像描绘、个人动态成长路径制定、科研智能创新引擎打造、高拟真临床新生态创建等维度,构建以“点、线、面、体”为特征的人工智能赋能医学拔尖人才培养的实践路径,并结合实践案例提出未来挑战,包括人工智能医学教改实施策略与伦理风险应对建议等。
