管理哲学课程思政设计理念及教学路径探析

Exploration on the Teaching Idea and Paths of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of “Management Philosophy”

The highly rationalized and organized modern society has made the rise and development of management philosophy inevitable. The “Management Philosophy” course offered in colleges and universities based on the development of management philosophy as academic subject undertakes multiple educational tasks for students, including knowledge imparting, world outlook shaping, methodological guiding and value cultivating etc.. To fully realize the ideological and political educational effect of this course, the exploration on the ideological and political teaching scheme and path of the “Management Philosophy” course can be carried out following an ascending logic, namely from the conceptual level of “underlying concept analysis” to the practical level of “specific implementation”. The conceptual level shows that the dual relationship between “Management Philosophy” and Marxist philosophy in its development history and theoretical content may suggest a unique ideological and political teaching path for the course. Meanwhile, the practical level shows that the attempt to embed ideological and political elements around three main topic - the discussion on the rationality of “premise assumptions”, on the methods and the value-can achieve relevant educational goals in practice.

现代社会高度合理化与组织化的特征使得管理哲学的兴起和发展具有必然性,而基于管理哲学学科发展所开设的高校管理哲学课程承担着面向学生进行知识传授、世界观塑造、方法论指导和价值观培育等多重育人任务。为了充分实现课程的思政育人功效,管理哲学课程思政教学方案及路径探析研究可依循从“底层理念分析”到实践层面“具体实施”的上升逻辑展开。理念分析层面显示,管理哲学在其发展变迁史与理论内容方面与马克思主义哲学的双重关系,或可提示一条独特的课程思政教学路径;教学实践显示,将“前提性假设”合理性讨论、方法合理性讨论与价值观讨论三个主要话题嵌入思政元素的尝试,在现实中可达成相关的育人目标。
