Chinese excellent culture provides a profound foundation of value rationality and rich spiritual resources for labor education. It endows labor with cultural significance and national identity by shaping a spiritual spectrum of labor characterized by diligence, frugality, dedication, and innovation. Labor education holds a significant position in ideological and political education in higher institutions. Currently, issues such as the alienation of labor, cultural disconnection, and the lack of subjectivity exist in labor education in universities. To address these challenges, the proposed innovative pathways — reconstructing the intrinsic value of labor education, promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture, and fostering a conducive environment for the formation of labor cultural identity—demonstrate certain feasibility. Only by adhering to the guidance of Marxism and promoting the organic integration of Chinese excellent culture with labor education can the deep-seated contradictions currently faced by labor education be effectively resolved, thereby cultivating a new generation that not only masters modern labor skills but also possesses profound cultural literacy and a noble labor spirit.
中华优秀文化为劳动教育提供了深厚的价值理性根基与丰富的精神资源。它通过塑造勤俭、奉献、创新的劳动精神谱系,赋予劳动以文化意义和民族认同。劳动教育在高校思想政治教育中占据重要地位。当前高校劳动教育存在的劳动异化、文化断裂与主体性缺失等问题。针对这些困境本文提出重构劳动教育的本体价值、推动传统文化的创造性转化与创新性发展、营造劳动文化认同生成的良性生态的创新路径,具有一定可行性。只有坚持马克思主义的指导,推动中华优秀文化与劳动教育的有机融合,才能有效解决当前劳动教育面临的深层矛盾,培养出既掌握现代劳动技能,又深具文化底蕴与崇高劳动精神的时代新人。
