新时代提高大学生党员发展质量的路径研究——以平顶山学院数学与统计学院为例

A Study on the Paths to Improve the Quality of Developing College Student Party Members in the New Era: A Case Study of the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Pingdingshan University

As the most dynamic and promising group within the Party membership, college student Party members have their development quality directly bearing on the inheritance of the Party's cause and the future development of the country. Against the backdrop of the New Era, the work of developing college student Party members in higher education institutions is confronted with numerous new challenges and requirements. Taking the School of Mathematics and Statistics of Pingdingshan University as a research sample, this paper comprehensively adopts multiple research methods such as literature research, questionnaire survey, and case analysis to systematically analyze the existing problems in the current development quality of college student Party members and their causes, and deeply explore effective paths to enhance this quality. The research results show that by establishing a scientific and sound training system, strengthening process management and supervision, and other measures, the development quality of college student Party members can be significantly improved, thereby providing useful references for the Party building work in colleges and universities.

大学生党员作为党员队伍中最具活力和发展潜力的群体，其发展质量直接关系到党的事业薪火相传和国家未来发展。在新时代背景下，高校大学生党员发展工作面临着诸多新挑战与新要求。本文以平顶山学院数学与统计学院为研究样本，综合运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、案例分析法等多种研究手段，系统剖析当前大学生党员发展质量存在的问题及成因，深入探索提升大学生党员发展质量的有效路径。研究结果表明，通过构建科学完善的培养体系、强化过程管理与监督等措施，能够显著提高大学生党员发展质量，为高校党建工作提供有益参考。
