The cultivation of digital literacy among primary and secondary school teachers is a core aspect of promoting the digital transformation of education and enhancing overall teachingquality.It is also an inevitable requirement for adapting to the development of the digital era. However,digital education currently faces numerous challenges in practice,including insufficient digital awareness among primary and secondary school teachers,significant shortcomings in digitalknowledge and technical skills,inadequate opportunities for systematic training,and an underdeveloped supportive and safeguarding mechanism.To address these challenges,we can focus on systematically promoting the enhancement of digital literacy among primary and secondary school teachers through the following pathways:enhancing teachers'digital cognition and willingness to accept;systematically strengthening their digital knowledge structure and technical application capabilities;constructing a multi-path and differentiated teacher training system; and establishing a long-term safeguarding mechanism involving collaboration among the government,educational research institutions,and schools.
中小学教师数字素养的培养,是推动教育数字化转型、提升整体教学质量的核心环节,也是应对数字化时代发展的必然要求。然而,当前数字化教育在实践中仍面临诸多挑战,包括中小学教师数字意识不足、数字知识与技术能力存在明显短板、系统化培训机会不足以及支持性保障机制尚未健全等问题。针对上述困境,可重点从以下路径系统推进中小学教师数字素养提升:增强教师的数字化认知与接受意愿;系统强化其数字知识结构与技术应用能力;构建多路径、差异化的教师培训体系;并建立政府、教研机构、学校多方协同的长效保障机制。
