三线精神融入高职实践育人的“长风模式”创新探索

Innovative Exploration of the “Changfeng Model” for Integrating the “Third-Line Spirit” into Practical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

The “Changfeng Model” is a summary of experience in integrating the “Changfeng Third-Line Spirit” into the practical education process of higher vocational colleges. It breaks through problems such as “disconnection from majors, single carrier, and insufficient collaboration” in the traditional education model. Through the collaborative innovation path of the “oral history + industrial heritage” dual carriers, it constructs a core framework of “dual-carrier support, tri-subject collaboration, and three-dimensional penetration”, and realizes a closed-loop logic from “spiritual interpretation” to “practical transformation”. Combining with the cases and empirical data of professional identity cultivation, this model verifies its effectiveness in fostering craftsmanship spirit, patriotism (feelings for the country) and strengthening social identity, providing a promotable operational paradigm for the active application of red resources in the practical education of higher vocational colleges.

“长风模式”是将“长风三线精神”融入高职实践育人过程的经验总结,它突破传统育人模式中“专业脱节、载体单一、协同不足”等问题。通过“口述史+工业遗产”双载体协同创新路径,构建“双载体支撑、三主体协同、三维度渗透”的核心框架,实现从“精神阐释”到“实践转化”的闭环逻辑。结合职业认同培育案例与实证数据,验证该模式在工匠精神、家国情怀培育与社会认同强化中的效能,为高职实践育人中红色资源的活化运用提供可推广的操作范式。
