This study explores whether systematic and professional training for culture tour guides influences their job satisfaction. Reliability and validity tests confirmed that both educational systematicity (Cronbach’s Alpha = .896) and professionalism (Cronbach’s Alpha = .903) were measured at high levels. Correlation analysis indicated a strong relationship between systematicity and professionalism (r = .808). Regression analysis revealed that the explanatory power of the model was 23.8% (F = 25.721, p < .001). Among the two factors, only educational professionalism (β = 3.894) had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. These findings highlight the critical role of professional training in enhancing the job satisfaction of culture tour guides.
