This study aims to validate a 5-point version of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), converted from the original 4-point scale, for use in agro-healing programs. Both forms were administered to the same participants at different time points to assess internal consistency, alternate-form reliability, and structural validity. Cronbach’s alpha, Pearson correlations, and exploratory factor analysis confirmed stable two-factor structures for state and trait anxiety. Results showed high internal consistency and strong psychometric equivalence, indicating that the 5-point version is a valid and reliable tool for repeated assessments in therapeutic contexts. This standardized scale enhances comparability across measures and supports evidence-based evaluation in agro-healing programs.
