当代中国语言政策中的语言意识形态

Language Ideologies in Contemporary China’s Language Policy

Language policy and language ideology are closely related, language policy serves as the material carrier of language ideology. By interpreting language policy, one can comprehend the essence of language ideology contained within it. This paper provides a macro-level analysis of the major domestic existing domestic language policy (not including language policy documents issued by the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions of China, or by foreign countries), to unearth the language ideology in China’s contemporary language policies: “unity and diversity”, “standardization and development”, and the dual functions of “tool and culture”.It aims to base on China's realities and understand the value orientation and legitimacy support that linguistic ideology provides for China's contemporary language policies.

语言政策与语言意识形态之间具有密切的关系，语言政策是语言意识形态的载体，通过对语言政策进行解读，能够理解内蕴的语言意识形态。本文通过从宏观层面对我国现有的主要语言政策（不包括中国港澳台地区及国外出台的有关中国语言政策）进行分析，试图挖掘出我国当代语言政策中的语言意识形态：“主体与多样性”并存、“规范与发展”并重、兼具“工具与文化”双重功能的语言观。以期立足我国实际，了解语言意识形态为我国当代语言政策提供的合法性支撑和价值方向。
