OBE 理念下高校商务英语双协同实践教学体系研究

A Study on the Dual-Collaboration Practical Teaching System of Business English in Universities under the OBE Concept

In response to the predicaments in the practical teaching of Business English in universities, such as unclear teaching objectives, insufficient teaching hours, disconnected teaching content from practical needs, ambiguous evaluation systems, and inadequate teaching staff, this study proposes a theoretical path for constructing a “university-enterprise + online-offline” dual-collaborative practical teaching system under the guidance of the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) concept, and has carried out a pilot reform in a provincial university. By reviewing relevant documents, conducting interviews with graduates and employers, and consulting experts, the study has clearly defined 17 practical competence indicators across 6 dimensions for Business English. To achieve these indicators, relevant practical project modules have been established. Practical elements are integrated into the entire chain of Business English talent cultivation through multiple approaches, including increasing practical content in original courses, offering specialized practical courses, collaborating with the second classroom, combining online and offline teaching, and providing guidance from dual tutors (one from the university and one from the enterprise). Finally, the achievement degree of practical competence is calculated based on the corresponding matrix between practical competence indicators and practical modules, providing a reference for continuous improvement of the teaching system.

针对高校商务英语实践教学目标不明确、实践学时不充裕、教学内容不落地、评价体系不清晰、师资队伍不完善等困境,本研究提出以OBE 理念为指导构建“校-企+线上-线下”双协同实践教学体系的理论路径,并在某高校开展试点改革。通过研读文件、毕业生访谈、用人单位调研和专家反馈,明确商务英语六维度十七项实践能力指标框架,围绕指标框架搭建相关实践项目环节,通过在专业课程内增加实践内容、增开实践专项课程、见习实习课程化、第二课堂联动、线上线下结合、校企双师指导等方式将实践教学融入商务英语人才培养全链条,一个教学周期后依据实践能力指标与实践环节对应矩阵计算实践能力达成度,为持续改进提供参考。
