Red culture is an advanced culture created by the Communist Party of China leading the people in the processes of revolution, construction, and reform. It embodies the revolutionary spirit and rich historical and cultural connotations, and continues to develop and evolve in the new era. In the new media era, the dissemination of red culture is of great significance, as it can resist historical nihilism, consolidate the ideological foundation, and enhance China’s international discourse power. However, it faces such predicaments as unclear subject responsibilities, ambiguous content orientation, and insufficient identity-building effects. To address these issues, to promote the healthy dissemination of red culture, it is necessary to clarify the main responsibilities and talent positioning, grasp the content orientation, and improve the legal mechanism to ensure the communication effect.
红色文化是中国共产党领导人民在革命、建设与改革进程中创造的先进文化,蕴含革命精神与历史文化内涵,在新时代持续发展演进。新媒体时代,红色文化传播意义重大,可抵御历史虚无主义、筑牢意识形态根基、提升国际话语权。然而,其面临主体责任不明、内容导向不清、认同效果不佳等困境。为此,推动红色文化健康传播,需明确主体职责与人才定位、把握内容导向、完善法规机制以保障传播效果。
