문화 체험을 위한 한글 학습 콘텐츠 개발 연구

Development of Hangeul Learning Content as a Cultural Experience

본 연구는 개별 여행을 즐기는 관광객의 증가에 따라 여행 과정에서 자연스럽게 한글을 접하고 한글을 학습할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 지금까지 한국어교육의 입문 단계로서의 한글을 배우는 것이 대부분이었지만 문화 체험으로서의 한글 학습 콘텐츠 개발의 필요성을 확인한다. 외국인 학습자의 입장에서 한글 학습의 어려움에 공감하며 다양한 학습 방법과 한글이 주는 즐거움과 아름다움을 바탕으로 한글 학습 콘텐츠 개발의 방향을 제안한다. 특히 방한 관광객의 요구에 맞춰 한글 학습의 내용이 되는 어휘나 표현을 선정하고 디지털 매체를 활용하여 여행의 편리성과 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 특히 공항이나 기내와 같은 환경에서 자연스럽게 한글을 접하게 함으로써 지속적인 한글 학습과 한국어교육으로의 확장을 기대할 수 있다.

This study proposes the developing Hangeul learning content that allows tourists, particularly those who enjoy independent travel, to naturally encounter and learn about Hangeul during their trips to Korea. To date, learning Hangeul has been treated mainly as an introductory step in Korean language education. This study highlights the need to develop Hangeul learning content as a form of cultural experience. This study acknowledges the difficulties that foreign learners face when studying Hangeul and suggests directions for developing learning materials based on diverse learning methods and on the enjoyment and aesthetic appeal of Hangeul. In particular, this study emphasizes selecting vocabulary and expressions relevant to the needs of visitors to Korea and using digital media to increase their travel convenience and satisfaction. Enabling travelers to naturally encounter Hangeul in environments such as airports and airplanes could promote continuous Hangeul learning and may be applied to broader Korean language education.
