상담 이론 학습 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구: 생활지도 및 상담 수강생을 대상으로

A Phenomenological Study on the Learning Experience of Counseling Theories: Focusing on Students in Guidance and Counseling Courses

본 연구는 교육 현장에서 처하는 교사의 위기 상황 고찰에 기반하여, 예비 교사 교육 차원에서 해결 방안을 모색하기 위하여 수행했다. 이에 교원 양성 교육과정 중 생활지도 및 상담 과목 수강생들의 상담 이론 학습을 삶에 적용하여 그 경험을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 했다. 연구는 K대학 2024년 1학기에 개설된 3개 강좌 수강생 98명의 보고서를 대상으로 현상학적 연구로 수행하였으며, Giorgi의 방법에 따라 자료를 분석했다. 연구 결과, 709개의 의미 단위와 42개의 중심의미, 12개의 드러난 주제에서 5개의 본질적 주제를 도출하였다. 본질적 주제는 ‘심리적 내적 경험의 이해’, ‘내적 변화와 자기수용’, ‘ 교사로서의 자신감 획득’, ‘관점 전환과 확장’, ‘인간 이해와 성장’이다. 상황적 구조 진술과 일반적 구조 진술로 경험의 구조를 제시했다. 자기 성찰과 인간 이해 및 역할 인식에 따른 정체성의 변화, 지도의 자신감 등을 중심으로 연구 결과를 논의하고 제언했다.

This study aimed to explore the experiences of students in guidance and counseling courses within teacher training programs, applying counseling theory to their lives, based on an examination of the crisis situations faced by teachers in educational settings. In the first semester of 2024 at K University, a phenomenological study was conducted on the reports of 98 students enrolled in three courses offered, and the data were analyzed using Giorgi's method. This study results yielded 5 essential themes from 709 meaning units, 42 core meanings, and 12 emerged themes, The essential themes are ‘Understanding psychological internal experiences’ ‘Inner change and self-acceptance’ ‘Gaining confidence as a Teacher’ ‘Perspective shift and expansion ’ and ‘Understanding humanity and growth’. The study presented the structural framework of experiences through situational and general structural description. The study results were discussed, and recommendations were made accordingly.
