스마트안전관리 시스템구축을 위한 공동주택 안전관리업무 동향분석

A Study on the Trends of Safety Management in Apartment Houses for the Establishment of Smart Safety Management System

한국국민 거주형태의 76% 이상을 차지하고 있는 공동주택의 안전을 책임지는 공동주택 안전관리업무에 관한 연구는 부족한 상황이며, 현재 공동주택 안전관리자들의 업무는 안전관리분야 보다 비안전관리분야에 초점이 맞춰지고 있는 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 공동주택에서 근무하는 안전관리자의 전문성을 확인하고 현재 공동주택 안전관리의 어려움 및 스마트안전관리 적용정도를 분석하여 사회안전망 및 스마트안전관리 시스템구축을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구 결과의 확대 해석에는 신중을 기해야 할 것이며, 향후 안전관리자에 대한 IT기술 적용현실과 공동주택의 위치, 규모, 노후도에 따라 안전관리 역량에 미치는 동향을 분석할 예정이다.

There is a lack of research on the safety management of apartment houses, which account for more than 76% of Koreans' residential types, and the work of apartment safety managers is currently focused on non-safety management rather than safety management. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present basic data for the establishment of a social safety net and smart safety management system by confirming the expertise of safety managers working in apartment houses and analyzing the current difficulty of safety management and the degree of application of smart safety management. Care should be taken to expand the interpretation of the results of this study, and trends in safety management capabilities will be analyzed according to the reality of applying IT technology to safety managers in the future and the location, size, and aging of apartments.
