온라인 학습 플랫폼 Allo를 활용한 서비스디자인 기반 조현병 환자 간호교육 프로그램 개발

The Development of a Service Design-Based Schizophrenia Nursing Education Program using the Online Learning Platform Allo

본 연구는 정신건강간호학 실습을 준비하는 간호대학생의 공감 능력과 치료적 의사소통 역량을 향상시키기 위해, 서비스디자인 접근법과 온라인 학습플랫폼 Allo를 활용한 조현병 환자 간호교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램은 발견하기(Discover)–정의하기(Define)-개발하기(Develop)–전달하기(Deliver)의 네 단계로 구성되었으며, 조현병 관련 영상 시청 및 데스크 리서치를 통해 문제를 탐색하고, 대상자의 시각에서 퍼소나를 작성하여 문제를 정의하였다. 이후 치료적 의사소통 시나리오를 구성하고, 시나리오에 따른 역할극은 대면 수업으로 진행되며, 활동 후 Allo 플랫폼을 활용한 피드백 과정을 통해 학습자의 공감 중심 사고와 실천적 역량을 강화하도록 설계되었다. 이 프로그램은 환자 중심의 간호를 실천할 수 있는 창의적이고 몰입도 높은 간호교육의 새로운 방향을 제시한다.

The aim of this study was to design a schizophrenia-focused nursing education program for undergraduate students, grounded in a service design approach and implemented through the online platform Allo. The program was structured around the four stages of service design (Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver) and focused on enhancing students’ empathy and therapeutic communication skills Students began by watching schizophrenia-related videos and conducted desk research to explore issues from the patient's perspective, then defined key problems and created personas to deepen their understanding. After using the Allo platform, to construct therapeutic communication scenarios, role-play sessions were conducted in face-to-face classroom settings. Reflective feedback was subsequently provided through Allo, fostering the development of user-centered thinking and practical communication competencies. This educational program represents an innovative and experiential approach to fostering patient-centered practices in mental health nursing education.
