지역혁신 생태계에서의 기업-스타트업 협업(CSC) 연구 동향 분석: 토픽모델링(LDA)과 생성형 인공지능 기반 체계적 문헌 고찰

Analysis of Corporate-Startup Collaboration (CSC) Research Trends in Regional Innovation Ecosystems: A Systematic Literature Review Using Topic Modeling (LDA) and Generative AI

지역혁신 생태계에서 기업-스타트업 협업(Corporate-Startup Collaboration, CSC)은 중요한 혁신 전략으로 부상했으나, 관련 연구 동향에 대한 체계적 분석은 미흡하다. 이에 본 연구는 2000년부터 2024년까지의 국내외 학술문헌 437편을 대상으로 잠재 디리클레 할당(LDA) 토픽모델링을 수행했으며, 특히 생성형 인공지능을 활용하여 토픽 해석의 객관성을 확보하고자 했다. 분석 결과, 해외 연구는 ‘기술 지속가능성과 미래 전략’에, 국내 연구는 ‘중소기업 정책 및 시장 지원 환경’에 높은 집중도를 보이는 등 연구 환경의 차이를 확인했다. 한편, 지역 경제의 핵심 주체인 ‘레거시 기업(Legacy Corporation)’과 스타트업 간 협업에 관한 연구가 매우 부족하다는 핵심적인 연구 공백을 발견했다. 본 연구는 생성형 인공지능을 결합한 방법론으로 CSC 분야의 핵심 연구 공백을 식별했으며, 향후 지역혁신 생태계 발전을 위한 레거시 기업-스타트업 협업 연구의 시급성을 강조한다.

While Corporate-Startup Collaboration (CSC) has emerged as a critical innovation strategy in regional innovation ecosystems, a systematic analysis of its research trends remains insufficient. This study, therefore, conducted Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling on 437 domestic and international academic articles published between 2000 and 2024, specifically utilizing Generative AI to ensure objectivity in topic interpretation. The analysis confirmed differences in research environments, with international studies showing a high concentration on 'technology sustainability and future strategies,' and domestic research focusing on 'SME policy and market support environment.' Meanwhile, a critical research gap was discovered: a significant lack of research on collaboration between 'legacy corporations'—key players in the regional economy—and startups. This study identifies this core research gap in the CSC field through a methodology combined with Generative AI and highlights the urgency of future research on legacy corporation-startup collaboration for the advancement of regional innovation ecosystems.
