건설업 안전보건관리체계에서 사용자 요인이 빅데이터 분석 기술 수용에 미치는 영향 - 안전보건관계자 중심으로

Adoption of Big Data Analytics in Construction OSH Systems : The Role of User Factors

본 연구는 건설업 안전보건관리체계에 빅데이터 분석 기술을 도입하는 과정에서 사용자 요인이 기능적 요인을 매개로 기술 수용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 안전보건관계자를 대상으로 UTAUT2를 적용하여, 자기효능감, 지각된 위험, 혁신성과 같은 사용자 요인이 성과기대, 노력기대, 촉진조건의 기능적 요인을 거쳐 사용의도 및 실제 사용행동에 이르는 경로를 분석하였다. 설문은 2024년 8월 1일부터 8월 12일까지 12일간 온라인 설문으로 진행되어 총 277명의 응답 데이터를 바탕으로 PLS 구조방정식모델을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 사용자 요인 중 자기효능감과 혁신성은 기능적 요인에 정(+)의 영향을, 지각된 위험은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기능적 요인은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 사용의도는 실제 사용행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 기능적 요인은 사용자 요인과 사용행동 간의 매개효과를 부분적으로 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 건설업의 디지털 전환 환경에서 빅데이터 분석 기술의 수용과 확산을 위해서는 사용자 중심의 맞춤형 전략이 필요함을 의미한다. 본 연구는 안전보건관리체계의 기술 기반 혁신을 위한 실증자료를 제공함으로써, 정책 수립, 사용자 교육, 조직 내 지원체계 마련 등에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: This study investigates how user factors influence the adoption of big data analytics technology in construction safety and health management systems. The focus lies on identifying the mediating role of functional factors based on the extended UTAUT2 model. Method: Data were collected through an online survey of 277 safety and health professionals in the construction industry. The study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test hypotheses on relationships among user factors, functional factors, behavioral intention, and usage behavior. Results: Self-efficacy and innovativeness positively influenced functional factors, while perceived risk had a negative effect. Functional factors significantly affected behavioral intention, which positively influenced usage behavior. Functional factors were also found to partially mediate the relationship between user factors and usage behavior. Conclusion: The findings highlight the importance of user-centered strategies for the successful adoption of big data analytics in construction safety systems. The study provides empirical insights for policy planning, user training, and organizational support for digital transformation in the industry.
