新文科背景下应用型高校西班牙语专业“复语+ 复合”人才培养模式构建与实践——以平顶山学院为例

Based on the outcome-based education concept, this study focuses on the core course Music Theory and Sight-Singing in preschool education programs, exploring pathways for ideological-political teaching reform in music curricula of teacher education programs. Addressing issues including ambiguous ideological-political objectives, insufficient integration of Chinese traditional music culture, the “separation” between ideologicalpolitical education and professional instruction, and the lack of holistic development evaluation mechanisms, it constructs a reform framework through anchoring three-dimensional objectives to establish an ideologicalpolitical education goal system, restructuring four-dimensional content to deeply embed ideological-political elements, and innovating teaching models through a closed-loop process, aiming to enhance the efficacy of ideological-political education and provide theoretical reference and practical paradigms for cultivating preschool teachers with both virtue and professional excellence.
在新文科建设与“一带一路”倡议持续深化的时代背景下,国际化复合型人才的培养需求日益凸显。传统以单一语言能力为核心的外语人才培养模式,已难以适应“语言+ 专业+ 跨文化”相融合的新型发展要求。平顶山学院西班牙语专业立足应用型高校的办学定位,依托新文科理念,探索构建“西班牙语+ 英语+ 商务”多维融合的“复语+ 复合”人才培养模式。该模式以复合应用型培养目标为导向,从课程体系模块化设计、跨学科内容整合、实践教学体系完善及复语与商务技能协同提升等方面,构建起外语教育与区域经济发展的互动机制。研究通过对该模式的实施路径、教学成效与优化方向的系统分析,总结出面向国际经贸与跨境电商等新兴领域的西班牙语专业人才培养新范式,为应用型高校外语专业改革与创新提供可借鉴的经验与参考。
