新时代科技志愿服务在青年奋斗观培塑中的作用与策略研究——以汕头大学理学院实践为例

Research on the Role and Strategies of Sci-Tech Voluntary Service in Shaping Youth’s View of Struggle in the New Era：A Case Study of Practice in the College of Science, Shantou University

Based on the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, this study thoroughly analyzes the importance and strategies of sci-tech voluntary service in shaping youth’s view of struggle. Taking the sci-tech voluntary service practice of the College of Science, Shantou University as a case, it systematically explores the practical application and achieved results of sci-tech voluntary service in shaping youth's view of struggle. Meanwhile, it discusses the driving role of youth's view of struggle in improving the quality of sci-tech voluntary service, providing theoretical basis and practical reference for universities to do a good job in talent work in the new era.

本研究基于新时代中国特色社会主义的背景，深入分析了科技志愿服务对于塑造青年奋斗观的重要性及其策略，并选取汕头大学理学院的科技志愿服务实践为案例，系统地探讨了科技志愿服务在青年奋斗观培塑中的实际应用与取得成效，同时探讨了青年奋斗观对提升科技志愿服务品质的带动作用，为高校做好新时代人才工作提供了理论依据和实践参考。
