Purpose: This study empirically examines the effects of organizational vision, human resources (HR) satisfaction, and employee benefits on job performance satisfaction in a public sports organization. The study particularly highlights the strategic role of organizational vision as a superordinate factor influencing HR practices and welfare systems. Research design, data, and methodology: Data were collected through a survey of 141 employees working at a municipal sports facility management corporation. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was employed to ensure validity and reliability of the measures, followed by correlation and regression analyses to test the hypothesized relationships among organizational vision, HR satisfaction, employee benefits, and job performance satisfaction. Results: Findings indicate that organizational vision, HR satisfaction, and employee benefits all have significant positive effects on job performance satisfaction. Among these, HR satisfaction showed the strongest impact. Furthermore, organizational vision significantly influenced both HR satisfaction and employee benefits, demonstrating its role as a key antecedent shaping employee-related outcomes. Conclusions: The study underscores the importance of integrated human resource management strategies in public sports organizations. By positioning organizational vision as a driving factor in shaping HR practices and welfare systems, the research provides both theoretical contributions and practical implications for enhancing job performance satisfaction. Future research should extend this analysis to diverse organizational contexts to further validate the findings.
