Purpose: This study explores how casino employees perceive ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management and how these perceptions influence organizational trust, job engagement, and job performance. Research design, data, and methodology: The questionnaire was conducted from August 1 to August 15, 2024, targeting casino employees at Kangwon Land Casino, Paradise City Casino, Inspire Casino, and Jeju Dream Tower Casino. A total of 389 copies of the questionnaire were used for data analysis. For statistical analysis, the SPSS 28.0 & AMOS 28.0 programs were used. The results of this study are as follows. Result: ESG factors significantly influenced organizational trust, with governance being the strongest predictor. Social factors positively affected job engagement, while job engagement significantly improved job performance. However, ESG factors did not directly affect job performance. Organizational trust influenced job engagement but not job performance. The focus is that ESG influences job performance through the mediating role of organizational trust and job engagement. Conclusions: Casino employees' perception of ESG management, especially governance and social aspects, enhances organizational trust and job enthusiasm, which in turn improve job outcomes. These findings highlight the need for balanced, employee-centered ESG strategies in the casino industry.
