Campus culture construction constitutes a vital component of the education system, playing an irreplaceable role in shaping students ’ values, fostering cultural identity, and strengthening ideological and political education. In the new era, the integration of campus culture across primary, secondary, and higher education has become an important trend in educational reform. Its core goal is to coordinate cultural and educational resources across different school stages, thereby building a holistic educational system that connects elementary, middle, and higher education. However, in practice, challenges persist, including the impact of diverse cultural influences, insufficient inter-school collaboration, and weak vertical alignment between educational stages. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, it is necessary to explore systematic pathways from the perspectives of cultural guidance, inter-level coordination, and cultural system optimization. The aim is to promote an overall advancement of campus culture construction and to form a campus cultural system characterized by Chinese features, contemporary relevance, and educational functions, thus providing a solid cultural foundation for cultivating well-rounded young people who excel in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education in the new era.
校园文化建设是教育体系的重要环节,在价值观塑造、文化认同培育和思想政治教育强化中发挥着独特作用。进入新时代,大中小学校园文化一体化已成为教育改革的重要趋势,其核心目标在于统筹各学段的文化教育资源,构建贯通小学、中学与大学的整体育人体系。当前实践中仍存在多元文化冲击显著、校际协同不足、学段衔接不畅等现实困境。以习近平文化思想为指导,需从文化思想引领、跨学段联动与文化体系优化等维度探索系统路径,推动校园文化建设的整体跃升,形成具有中国特色、时代特征与育人功能的校园文化体系,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的新时代青年提供坚实的文化支撑。
