新时代青年观视域下艺术类高职构建实践育人共同体的路径探析

Exploring the Path to Constructing a Practical Education Community in Art Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the New Era Youth Outlook

As a crucial vehicle for implementing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and nurturing talents, practical education serves as a significant pathway to enhance the quality of talent cultivation. In the context of the new era, building a practical education community has become an important measure to improve the quality of ideological and political education in higher education institutions. Art higher vocational colleges possess unique professional characteristics and educational needs. From the perspective of the new era's outlook on youth, this paper analyzes the practical challenges in constructing a practical education community in art higher vocational colleges, elaborates on its significance, and proposes pathways for building such a community. These pathways include strengthening the leadership of Party building, improving systems and mechanisms, building collaborative platforms, and innovating practical projects. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for practical education in art higher vocational colleges.

实践育人作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键载体，是提升人才培养质量的重要途径。在新时代背景下，构建实践育人共同体成为提升高校思想政治教育质量的重要举措。艺术类高职院校具有自身独特的专业特色与育人需求，本文从新时代青年观视域出发，分析艺术类高职院校实践育人共同体构建的现实困境，阐述其重要意义，并提出从强化党建引领、完善体制机制、搭建协同平台、创新实践项目等维度构建实践育人共同体的路径，旨在为艺术类高职院校实践育人工作提供理论支持与实践指导。
