In general, the purpose of Chinese language learners is to improve their Chinese communicative competence and to use Chinese to complete communicative activities. From the perspective of Chinese teaching, language teaching and cultural teaching are indispensable, and the cultural teaching link should keep improving with the improvement of learners' language level. In the current international Chinese cultural teaching, in addition to leading learners to directly experience the culture, the application of audio-visual education, such as the use of Chinese film and television works, is a more commonly used method. Elements such as sound, text, images, and scenes are vividly displayed in front of learners through the inherent properties of the film, which helps to arouse their interest. This article attempts to use film and television materials to carry out cultural teaching activities in general courses in Korean colleges and universities. The author uses the Chinese film “Big Fish and Begonia” as a film and television material. Through the design of pre-class preparation, in-class teaching, and after-class exercises, learners can fully understand and understand the Chinese cultural elements in the film. At the same time, we will explain various cultural points from both traditional and modern aspects, trying to effectively integrate cultural knowledge, carry out efficient teaching activities, and explore a new cultural teaching mode. Through teaching practice and feedback from learners, learners are interested in cultural elements due to the sense of substitution generated by specific scenes in the film, and achieve a better teaching purpose.
中文學習者的學習目在於通過提高中文能力幷完成交際活動。從國際中文教學角度來看,語言教學同文化教學同等重要、缺一不可。文化教學廣度及深度應隨學習者語言能力的提高而保持相應增加。目前國際中文文化教學除學習者直接參與文化體驗外,方法不多。其中視聽教學應用,如使用中文影視作品進行文化教學為常用方法之一。將聲音、文字、圖像、場景等元素通過影視材料生動地展現在學習者面前,有助於引發學習者興趣。本文嘗試運用影視材料開展韓國高校通識課程中的中國文化教學。具體以中國電影《大魚海棠》為材料,通過課前準備、課中講解、課後練習的設計,讓學習者接觸並理解電影中的文化元素及所蘊含的文化知識。並從傳統與現代兩方面對各文化點進行講解,嘗試有效整合相關文化知識形成體系,有效開展教學活動,摸索可行的文化視閾下中文教學模式。通過教學實踐與反饋,學習者均對電影中的文化元素及教授者講授的文化內容產生興趣,達到了教學目的。
