Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is a new manifestation of the Sinicization of Marxism and a theoretical cornerstone for further advancing the great cause of socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the new era. The popularization of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is an important link to ensure that the Party's latest theoretical and practical achievements benefit all social strata, fields and age groups. At present, in the process of promoting the popularization of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in China, there are still problems such as standardized dissemination, formalized education and poor practical effectiveness of countermeasures and suggestions. Therefore, based on the investigation of the situation in several cities in Henan Province, taking Anyang City, which is representative, as an example, this paper discusses the focal points of the popularization of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era from three aspects: the local color, the local traditional culture, the unique discourse resources and the means of communication. Then, from the four dimensions of universities, online entertainment, culture and tourism, and policies, it provides micro-level countermeasure references for the local practice

习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是马克思主义中国化的新体现，是进一步推进新时代中国特色社会主义伟大事业的理论基石。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想大众化是使党的最新理论和实践成果润泽社会各阶层、各领域、各年龄段的重要环节。现阶段我国在推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想大众化的过程中依旧面临着传播制式化、教育形式化、对策建议的实践成效不佳等问题。因此，本文基于对河南省多个城市的情况调研，以具有代表性的安阳市为例，从本土化底色、地方传统文化、独特话语资源及传播手段等三个方面讨论习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想大众化的着力点，然后从高校、网娱、文旅、政策四个维度，为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想大众化的地方实践提供微观层面的对策参考。
