태권도장의 SERVQUAL이 고객 만족에 미친 영향에 관한 연구

A study on the impact of Taekwondo SERVQUAL on customer satisfaction

This study examined the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. Multi- regression analysis was conducted using a sample of 245 individuals. The results showed that service quality variables such as reliability, responsiveness, empathy, tangibility and assurance had a statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty also demonstrated a moderating effect.
