Purpose: This study analyzed domestic research on the relationships among organizational culture, leadership, psychological factors, and job performance of nurses. Methods: A literature review of six studies published between 2019 and 2025 in major Korean nursing journals was conducted. All studies applied quantitative cross-sectional survey designs. Results: Findings indicated that transformational and authentic leadership promoted innovative behavior and organizational commitment, while relationship-oriented organizational culture enhanced communication competence and intention to stay. Psychological well-being and need satisfaction were positively associated with job satisfaction, whereas compassion fatigue and burnout negatively influenced organizational outcomes. Conclusion: These results suggest that fostering positive organizational culture, developing leadership competencies, and implementing psychological support programs are essential strategies to enhance nurses’ job performance and reduce turnover.
