This paper analyses the function, modality, differences of the subjective maker “(Zhe/Na)Buxing” from the perspective of interactive linguistics. Reveals the normal usage of “(Zhe/Na)Buxing” is the expression of speakers’ opposed attitudes, which is a kind of Meta-discourse negation. The index of “zhe” and “na” causes the difference of “(Zhe/Na)Buxing” between “Bu xing”. Besides, the live of demonstrative pronouns is the major resource of the difference between “Zhe Bu xing” and “Na Buxing”.
