고등학교 『중국어Ⅰ』의 듣기 영역에 관한 소고 - 교수·학습을 중심으로

A Study on Listening Parts in High school 『ChineseⅠ』: focusing on Teaching and Learning

본고는 현행 고등학교 중국어 교과서가 학생들이 듣기 능력을 효과적으로 함양할 수 있도록 구성되었는지 고찰하여 향후 교과서 개편에 조금이나마 도움을 주는 데 그 목적이 있다. 『중국어Ⅰ』은 고등학교 ‘중국어Ⅰ’ 교과목에 사용하는 교과서이다. 현재 『중국어Ⅰ』은 총 11종이며, 교육부가 고시한 ‘2015 개정 교육과정’을 반영하여 편찬하였다. 본고는 ‘2015 개정 교육과정’을 통해 현행 교과서의 듣기 영역이 갖추어야 할 요건을 도출하고, 이에 따라 11종 교과서를 대상으로 듣기 영역이 적합성, 흥미성, 체계성을 갖추었는지 살펴보았다. 11종 교과서 중 10종 교과서가 듣기 영역을 분리하여 수록하였는데 비교적 다양한 활동을 제시하였고, 그 분량도 적지 않다. 그러나 학생들의 듣기 능력을 더욱 효율적으로 배양하기 위해서는 적합성, 흥미성, 체계성에 있어서 여전히 개선의 여지가 있다. 교육부는 2022년 새로운 교육과정을 고시할 예정이며, 향후 이를 반영한 교과서가 새롭게 편찬될 것이다. 본고의 연구 결과가 기존의 문제점을 답습하지 않고 학생들의 듣기 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 좋은 교과서를 편찬하는 계기가 되기를 바란다.

This study aims to provide helpful insights in revising textbooks in the future by examining the structure of the current high school Chinese textbooks whether they promote the development of students’ listening skills effectively. 『ChineseⅠ』is a textbook used in high school ‘Chinese 1’ subject. Currently, there are 11 types of『ChineseⅠ』which have been published complying the ‘2015 Revised Curriculum’ announced by the Ministry of Education. The study derived the requirements for the listening part through the '2015 Revised Curriculum' and examined these 11 textbooks whether the listening parts are relevant, interesting, and well-organized. Of the 11 textbooks, 10 textbooks cover the listening skills separately, and relatively diverse activities are presented with considerable amount. However, there is still room for improvement in relevancy, interest, and organization for more effective development of students’ listening skills. The Ministry of Education plans to announce a new curriculum in 2022, and textbooks reflecting the new curriculum will be published in the future. It is hoped that the results of this study will serve as an opportunity to compile good textbooks that can improve students' listening skills without repeating existing problems.
