This study explores solutions for the problems of the 2009 secondary Chinese teacher selection test in Korea. The study was performed in the form of survey including a total of 100 Chinese Middle & High school teachers. The questionnaire consisted of 28 questions which were designed to elicit the Chinese teacher's perception or satisfaction about the test itself and the selectional process which is divided to three stages.
