간호대학생의 도덕적민감성과 생명의료윤리의식이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Moral Sensitivity and Biomedical Ethics Perception on Nursing Professionalism in Nursing Students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 도덕적민감성과 생명의료윤리의식이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 간호전문직관 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 경상북도 G시 소재 K대학의 간호대학생 312명을 대상으로 하였으며, 2024년 9월 1일부터 10월 7일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 30.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호전문직관은 도덕적민감성(r=.383, p<.001) 및 생명의료윤리의식(r=.356, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 또한, 도덕적민감성(β=.42, p<.001)과 생명의료윤리의식(β=.29, p<.001)은 간호전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인이었으며, 두 변인의 설명력은 29%였다. 이상의 결과는 간호대학생의 전문직관 확립에 도덕적민감성과 생명의료윤리의식이 핵심적 요인임을 확인한 것으로, 간호대학생의 바람직한 전문직관 형성을 위해 도덕적민감성과 생명의료윤리의식 향상을 위한 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

This study examined the effects of moral sensitivity and biomedical ethics perception on nursing professionalism among nursing students. Participants were 312 students from a university in G City, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and data were collected from September 1 to October 7, 2024, using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 30.0. Nursing professionalism was positively correlated with moral sensitivity (r=.383, p<.001) and biomedical ethics perception (r=.356, p<.001). Both moral sensitivity (β=.42, p<.001) and biomedical ethics perception (β=.29, p<.001) significantly influenced nursing professionalism, explaining 29% of the variance. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing moral sensitivity and ethical awareness to foster positive nursing professionalism.
