This mini literature review explores the efficacy of Virtual Reality (VR) based corrective exercises on improving of postural deformities. VR technology has been increasingly utilized in rehabilitative settings, offering immersive and engaging environments for patients. This mini review summarizes findings from studies focusing on postural abnormalities including of forward head posture (FHP), thoracic hyper-kyphosis, lumbar hyper-lordosis, scoliosis, etc., in different subject groups. The studies collectively suggest that VR-based corrective exercises are effective in improving postural abnormalities. However, the evidence is still emerging, and further research is needed to confirm these benefits and address existing gaps.
