학생선수의 e-school 교육 시스템에 관한 관계자 인식과 실효성 제고방안 연구

A Study on Stakeholder Perceptions of the e-school Education System for Student Athletes and Strategies for Enhancing Its Effectiveness

이 연구는 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 학생선수의 e-school 교육 시스템에 관한 관계자 인식과 실효성 제고방안에관하여 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 배구 학생선수의 핵심 관계자인 운동 지도자, 지도교사, 학부모들12명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 연구를 통해 1차에서 2차 회의를 거쳐서 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, e-school은 학생선수에게 시간과 공간적 제약을 극복할 수 있는 학습 기회를 제공하였으나 실제 운영은 형식적이행에 머무르고 있었다. 둘째, 학습자의 자기주도성과 활용 역량에 따라 제도의 실효성에 큰 차이를 보였으며, 운영 구조상에 내재된 한계를 드러내고 있었다. 셋째, 콘텐츠의 일방향적인 전달 방식은 학습자의 수준과 흥미를반영하지 못하여 학습 몰입을 저해하였다. 넷째, 실시간 피드백과 상호작용의 부족은 학습 내면화를 방해하였으며, 현실적인 학습 지원 체계의 보완이 필요함을 확인하였다. 다섯째, e-school 제도의 현재 출결 기준은 단순 출결 중심으로 운영되고 있어서 학습자의 실질적 참여와 이해도를 반영하지 못하는 한계를 가지고 있었다. 여섯째, 학습 책임의편중은 교내 협력의 부족과 비효율적인 운영으로 이어지고 있었다.

For this study, the following results were obtained. First, while the e-school system provides student-athletes with learning opportunities that overcome temporal and spatial constraints, its actual implementation tends to remain at a superficial and procedural level. Second, the effectiveness of the system varies significantly depending on learners’ self-directedness and ability to utilize the platform, revealing inherent structural limitations in its operational framework. Third, the unidirectional nature of content delivery of the system failed to reflect learners’ proficiency levels and interests, thereby hindering their engagement and immersion in the learning process. Fourth, the lack of real-time feedback and interaction impeded the internalization of learning, confirming the need to strengthen the learning support mechanisms of the system. Fifth, the current attendance criteria of the e-school system are primarily based on simple attendance records, which fail to reflect learners’ actual participation and level of understanding. Sixth, the unequal distribution of learning responsibilities has led to a lack of collaboration within schools and inefficient system operation.
