스포츠윤리 VR 프로그램 적용을 통한 윤리의식 및 효과성 분석: 혼합연구방법론적 접근

Comparative Analysis of Ethical Awareness and Effectiveness through the Application of a Sports Ethics VR Program: A Mixed Methodological Approach

본 연구는 스포츠윤리 VR 프로그램을 대학 운동선수를 대상으로 적용하여 스포츠윤리성과 공격성 변화를 비교 분석하고, 나아가 VR 프로그램에 대한 선수들의 인식 및 효과성을 규명하는 것이다. 첫째, 양적연구는 경상도와 전라도 대학운동부를 대상으로 각 지역별 100명씩, 총 200명을 선정하여 스포츠윤리성 및 스포츠공격성을 비교분석하였다. 둘째, 질적연구는 의도적 특성 표집법을 이용하여 8명을 선정하였으며, 심층면담을 통하여 스포츠윤리 VR 프로그램에 대한 인식 및 만족도에 대한 결과를 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, VR 프로그램 적용에 따른 스포츠윤리성 차이를 살펴본 결과, 스포츠윤리성은 상하관계지각, 규칙준수, 공정성, 수평관계지각, 순수성이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, VR 프로그램 적용에 따른 스포츠공격성 차이를 살펴본 결과, 스포츠공격성은 흥분성, 부정성, 폭력성이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠윤리 VR 프로그램의 효과성을 분석한 결과, VR 경험의 특수성과 감정적 반응, 폭력성 인식 및 행동 의지 변화 및 스포츠윤리 가치에 대한 이해 심화로 범주화 되었다.

This study aims to apply a sports ethics VR program to college athletes, compare and analyze changes in sports ethics and aggression, and further investigate athletes' perceptions and effectiveness of the VR program. Quantitatively, 200 university athletes from teams in the Gyeongsang and Jeolla regions participated, and differences in sports ethics and aggression before and after the program were analyzed. Qualitatively, eight athletes selected through purposive sampling participated in in-depth interviews exploring the perceived effectiveness and satisfaction with the VR program. The conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. First, as a result of examining the differences in sports ethics according to the application of the VR program, it was found that sports ethics showed statistically significant differences in the perception of superior-subordinate relationships, rule compliance, fairness, perception of horizontal relationships, and purity. Second, as a result of examining the differences in sports aggression according to the application of the VR program, it was found that sports aggression showed statistically significant differences in excitement, negativity, and violence. Third, as a result of analyzing the effectiveness of the sports ethics VR program, it was categorized into the specificity of the VR experience, emotional response, change in perception of violence and willingness to act, and deepening understanding of sports ethics values.
