Let ψ : X → P1 be an abelian fibred Calabi-Yau three- fold which does not admit any automorphism of positive entropy. The aim of this paper is to prove that the group Aut(ψ) admits a finitely generated unipotent subgroup with a finite index in Aut(ψ) holds, i.e., Aut(ψ) is virtually finitely generated unipotent. Conse- quently, it can also be shown that Aut(ψ) is always virtually torsion free and residually finite.
