Overview of Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorders

자연적 발달적 행동 중재(Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions; 이하 NDBI)는 강력하고, 증거 기반이 점점 증가하고 있으나, 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동을 위한 조기 중재 프로그램에서 광범위하게 실행되지는 않았다. NDBI의 더딘 채택에 대한 잠재적 이유는 NDBI가 파생된 행동 및 발달 과학의 이론적 방향이 다르고 행동 분석 커뮤니티 내에서 NDBI를 실행하기 위한 교육, 지식 및 지원이 부족하기 때문일 수 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 NDBI의 광범위한 실행을 촉진하기 위한 노력을 지원하기 위해 이 연구의 목적은 NDBI의 공통적인 특징을 검토하고, NDBI의 역사적 배경 및 기본적인 이해를 토대로 NDBI의 공통적인 특징의 개관을 통해, 중재 개발자 및 연구자에게 NDBI의 보급 및 실행을 개선하기 위한 아이디어를 제공하기 위함이다.

Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs) have a robust and growing evidence base, yet they have not been widely implemented in early intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorder. Potential reasons for the slow adoption of NDBIs may be the differing theoretical orientations of the behavioral and developmental sciences from which they derive, as well as a lack of training, knowledge, and support for implementing NDBIs within the behavior analysis community. To support efforts to promote widespread implementation of NDBIs, this study aims to review common characteristics of NDBIs, provide an overview of their common characteristics based on their historical context and basic understanding, and offer intervention developers and researchers ideas for improving the dissemination and implementation of NDBIs.
