This paper conducts an empirical analysis study with the aim of understanding the level of industrial disaster crisis awareness among foreign migrant workers. Centered around The AriCell battery plant fire, Hwaseong (2024), The Namyangju scaffold fall accident (2023), The fish farm formalin exposure and leukemia diagnosis, South Jeolla (2023)events, the paper thoroughly analyzes the causes of these events. Based on the analysis results, it can be confirmed that foreign migrant workers lack crisis awareness when performing their labor, and due to the special nature of their status, they are in an area that is overlooked and protected by interests. Based on these conclusions, corresponding policy recommendations are proposed. Policy recommendations presented in this study primarily include the establishment of multilingual one-stop service centers, the mandatory designation of safety officers for high-risk workplaces, and the strengthening of relevant legal regulations.
