『제제도연혁』의 의약 내용은 1910년대 이왕직에서 사무에 참고하기 위한 목적으로 정리되었다. 연구 과정에서 다음과 같은 사실을 새롭게 밝혔다. 첫째, 본 문헌은 산실청 직제를 이해하는 데 도움이 되는 자료이다. 기존에 연구된 『산실청총규』의 내용과 다소 다르거나, 보완하는 내용이 있다. 둘째, 인용 문헌을 통하여 의료제도사 연구에 활용할 수 있는 새로운 자료가 추가되었다. 『제제도연혁』은『『계제사일기』와『『증보문헌비고』에 의약 관련 내용이 있음을 보여준다. 셋째, 문헌에 수록된『『춘추일기』는 현재 전하지 않는 일지이다. 특히 효현왕후와 철종이 승하한 날의 일지라, 향후 연구 가치가 있다. 『전의약방제』와 『승정원일기』의 같은 날의 내용을 비교하면, 『전의약방제』에서는 약방 관련하여 더 상세하게 기록하고,『『승정원일기』에서는 주요 사실이 아닌 것은 생략하거나 간단히 기술하고, 약방 이외의 다른 관청에 관한 내용도 섞여 있다. 결론적으로 『제제도연혁』은 조선의 의료제도사와 왕실 의료 연구에 있어 가치 있는 문헌이다.
This study investigates the medical contents of the Jejedoyeonhyeok in the Jangseogak Archives and reveals its value. The medical content of Jejedoyeonhyeok was compiled in the 1910s at Yiwangjik for reference in administrative matters. During the research process, the following facts were newly revealed: 1. This document is a resource that helps understand the organization of Sansilcheng 2. New materials that can be used for research on the history of this medical system have been added through cited references. 3. The Chunchuilgi included in the literature is a diary that has not been passed down to the present day. In particular, as it is the diary of the day of the death of Queen Hyohyun and King Cheoljong, it holds meaningful research value for the future. In conclusion, Jejedoyeonhyeok is a valuable document in the history of the medical system of Joseon and royal medical research.
