资源依赖理论视角下农业企业创新质量研究综述

Literature Review on Innovation Quality of Agricultural Enterprises from the Perspective of Resource Dependence Theory

Against the background of rural revitalization and the transformation of agricultural modernization, the innovation quality of agricultural enterprises has become key to enhancing their core competitiveness, promoting green agricultural development, and ensuring national food security. Based on resource dependence theory, this paper conducts a systematic review of research on the innovation quality of agricultural enterprises. The paper first defines the core connotations of resource dependence theory and the innovation quality of agricultural enterprises, and then sorts out the application of resource dependence theory in organizational innovation from the dual logic of “constraint–response” and “coordination–symbiosis. ” It further reviews the influence mechanisms of internal resource-dominated and external resource-driven factors on the innovation quality of agricultural enterprises, as well as the effects of diverse collaborative models (such as enterprise–farmer linkages and industry–university–research cooperation). The analysis finds that existing research has three main shortcomings: insufficient depth in applying resource dependence theory to the unique agricultural context, an imperfect measurement system of innovation quality that lacks a dynamic perspective, and a lack of contextualized research on collaborative models for specific enterprises (such as large agricultural groups). Accordingly, this paper proposes that future research should focus on deepening the dynamic application of resource dependence theory in the agricultural field, constructing a multi-dimensional and dynamic measurement system for innovation quality, and strengthening case studies on collaborative models of resource dependence and their mechanisms in specific contexts, in order to provide stronger theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the innovation quality of China’s agricultural enterprises.

在乡村振兴与农业现代化转型的背景下，农业企业的创新质量已成为提升其核心竞争力、推动农业绿色发展与保障国家粮食安全的关键。本文基于资源依赖理论，对农业企业创新质量的研究进行了系统综述。文章首先界定了资源依赖理论与农业企业创新质量的核心内涵，进而从“约束-回应”与“协同-共生”双重逻辑梳理了资源依赖理论在组织创新中的应用，并评述了内部资源主导与外部资源驱动两类因素对农业企业创新质量的影响机制及多元协同模式（如企农联结、产学研合作）的效果。分析发现，现有研究存在三方面主要不足：资源依赖理论在农业独特情境中的应用深度不足、创新质量的测度体系不完善且缺乏动态视角、以及针对特定企业（如大型农业集团）的协同模式情境化研究匮乏。据此，本文提出未来研究应致力于深化资源依赖理论在农业领域的动态应用，构建多维度、动态化的创新质量测度体系，并加强对特定情境下资源依赖协同模式及其作用机制的案例研究，以期为提升我国农业企业创新质量提供更坚实的理论支撑与实践指引。
